Cappy Calm was created to help teens manage everyday stress, anxiety, and emotional overload in a gentle, supportive, and engaging way.

We believe emotional wellness skills should be easy to access, easy to practice, and should feel safe and encouraging — not intimidating or clinical.

Why We Created Cappy Calm

Cappy Calm was created by a Dad and Daughter team who saw firsthand how overwhelming modern teen life can be. Between school pressures, social expectations, and online stresses, many teens struggle to find simple ways to slow down and reset.

We wanted to create a calming digital companion that helps teens build healthy coping habits in a positive and supportive environment. Who better to demonstrate a chill vibe than a Capybara!
